OUR DELIVERY SERVICE

  • Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you place your order and item availability.

  • When We process your order, we will show you the shipping methods available, the cost and the estimated delivery date.

  • Please note that shipping is only process on working days.

  • Please remember that the shipping address of your order must be in the same market/region as where you made the purchase.
  • We will mainly use the shipping services of the Thai Post. Customers can check the progress of the delivery from the website of the Thailand Post.

  • We willing to follow-up and inquiries with the Thai Post if there is a delay in shipping.

  • Customers should check the parcel and information every time before signing the receipt of the product.

  • If available where you live, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Express service).
  • If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Express, your order will be ship by DHL or UPS depending from your location.
  • We are able to ship with Express Service only on Business day.
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding official holidays within the Kingdom of Thailand where our warehouse is located.

FREQUENTLY QUESTIONS

When will my order ship?

We ship most items within 2-3 business days. You will get an email notification with your tracking information once your order is on its way.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will get an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order ships. Note it may take the shipping company 24-48 hours to update your shipping information.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of an order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise, but shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable

Taxes and duties

Taxes and duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you input your shipping address incorrectly, we are  not responsible for any delivery issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event a package is lost or stolen, the receiver will need to contact the shipper to open an investigation. We are unable to move forward until the investigation is complete on shipper's end. If the shipper determines that your package was delivered we are unable to reship or refund your order. Kindly note, in some cases, the shipper may require a police report to open an investigation.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if for any reason you would like to return your item/s, please follow guidelines bellow. You can return an item/s for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order.

To proceed your return:

  • Please contact us to authorize your return within 14 days of receiving your order. You can contact us by email at info@scarvesandbeyond.com - please quote your order number and reason for return.
  • Shortly after approving your return inquiry, an email with address of our warehouse will be sent to your email. All items you would like to return should be shipped to return to address provided in this email.

  • At this moment we are unable to offer free Returns. We are working hard to make it free for you in a near future.

  • All items should be returned in the original cardboard box, wrapped in the original wrapping paper and in their original condition.

  • Please make sure that all goods are returned new, unworn and with all tags attached. Items must not be damaged. While trying on your garments, please avoid contact with chemicals such as: perfumes & cosmetics as our products are very delicate. Dirty and faulty products won’t be accepted.

  • Once we have received and approved your return, please allow up to 10-14 working days for your return to be processed.

Important information:

  • Scarves & Beyond reserves the right not to refund the item following a return if the above conditions are not met. 

  • Any international customs duties, taxes, shipping costs or costs of returning the items are not refundable and you will be refunded the product cost only.

  • Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refunds can only be made to the payment method originally used to pay for the order.

  • Refunds may take up to 30 business days to appear on your bank account.

Incorrect or faulty goods:

  • If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us by email info@scarvesandbeyond.com with a photo of damage, or the incorrect item you have received as soon as you receive your order.

  • Returns of faulty goods will be accepted only if the goods were faulty when delivered.

  • All silver items returned as faulty will be assessed and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty if our Silver Care Guide instructions have not been followed.

  • The same principle applies to silk fabric if garments have been damaged during washing if our Silk Care Guide instructions have not been followed.

  • We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we are unable to offer you a replacement item, we will offer you a choice of receiving a credit or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase.
